What would happen if you lost access to your Outlook PST File tomorrow?

2. On 'Go' menu click 'Folder list'.

3. Right click on 'Personal Folders' -> click 'Properties for Personal Folders'.

4. You will see 'Outlook Today (Personal Folders) Properties'.

5. Click 'Advanced' button.

6. On clicking 'Advanced' you will see 'Personal Folders' window.

7. Click 'Change Password' button.

8. On clicking 'Change Password' you will see 'Change Password' dialog box. Enter your password two times in 'Change Password' dialog box.

9. Click 'Ok'.

Now your PST file (and hence Outlook data) is password protected and safe from unauthorized access.
